Very close to the centre, the main avenue just around the corner. Walking distance to the very centre of town and 2 minutes to the park. Although close to the main street (and Santa Cruz traffic is very heavy), the noise was not an issue. Reception staff very helpful. Room very spacious and huge comfy bed. The bathroom was very ample and the shower had good pressure. Didn't have time to enjoy the spa treatments as we spent a short time in town, maybe next time. Also a bit too cold to use the pool, but it looked very inviting. The famous parrot next door was not a problem, I only heard it cursing once!!! All in all, pleasant place to stay in Santa Cruz, in the heart of town.

The stuff were super nice and helpful. We had a half board and for the dinner we choze one starter and one main dish from the menu. The dessert was also included and it varied, sometimes piece of cake was available, sometimes only icecream or jogurt (but it was great as well). All the food we tried was so delicious! For the breakfast there was everything you need. Cleaning was great, the room, lobby, restaurant were always cleaned. The beds was super comfortable. The hotel is in great location, few minutes to the city center and when you want to leave the city by car, it's also great. Definitely a great hotel to stay in Santa Cruz!

This is an exceptional hotel. Perfect location for exploring the city by foot, a short walk to the bars, shops, and restaurants in the area surrounding The Plaza Espania. The beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria is practically next door. The swimming pool must be the best hotel pool in the city. It is great for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The reception, housekeeping, and catering teams are lovely and friendly and can’t do enough to help. We were in the standard room, spacious, with double glazing that can be opened for a nice breeze. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Location is good, as the hotel stands just above the town center with a very beautiful botanical garden next door. There are few international tourists and the whole area is inhabited by islanders. For example, there is a school next to the hotel and from there you can hear happy children playing. The rooms are quite spacious with everything one needs. The pool garden is cozy and the pool is 15 m x 7 m in size. The hotel's restaurant is simple but good and can be highly recommended.

The location is great to explore the city and the hotel looks really good. The room was clean and had a nice view into the garden and had a lot of natural light. The coffee machine inside the room was great. Reception staff was really nice and helpful. It was possible on quite short notice to reserve a parking space which was great for us. Breakfast was delicious with great variety to choose from and good quality. The garden with the pool is really well maintained and looks great.
